By creating an account or using Stackd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Stackd is a personal logging and data visualization tool. Stackd is NOT a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. All insights, charts, and observations are informational only, based solely on data you enter. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any peptide, supplement, or health protocol.

Peptide use may carry health and legal risks and regulatory status varies by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your own health decisions and for compliance with the laws that apply to you. Stackd does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate the acquisition or use of any substance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stackd.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

• Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends
• You can cancel anytime via Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled case by case; contact support

You agree not to: post unlawful content in the Community; harass other users; attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer the app; or use the Community to source, sell, or facilitate the sale of any substance. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own the content you post but grant Stackd a license to display it within the app. Community posts are the opinions of users, not Stackd. Nothing posted in the Community constitutes medical advice.

The Stackd name, logo, design, and software are our property. You may not copy or redistribute them.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackd and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, reliance on any information in it, or health outcomes related to protocols you track.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
