1. Introduction

Stackd ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal peptide and health tracking application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Stackd you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and password (encrypted)
  • Health and tracking data you voluntarily log: peptide protocols, doses, symptoms, body weight, bloodwork values, and progress photos
  • Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
  • Usage data: basic analytics about how you use the app (pages visited, features used)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the core tracking features of the app
  • To generate AI-powered insights from your own logged data
  • To process subscriptions and payments via Stripe
  • To send service notifications you've enabled

We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT share your health data with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing.

4. AI Processing

AI insights are generated from your own logged data. Your data is processed to produce observations about your trends and is not used to train AI models or shared across user accounts.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit
  • Row Level Security ensures only you can access your own records
  • Progress photos are stored in private storage buckets accessible only to your account

6. Your Rights

  • Access and export your data anytime via Settings → Export My Data
  • Delete your account and all associated data permanently via Settings → Delete Account
  • Users in the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have additional rights including data portability and the right to request deletion — contact us to exercise these

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data including health logs and photos is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Stackd is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
